1. Visit Windsong office at 5/F CCF Bldg, Madrigal Business Park, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
2. Fill out Registration Form
3. Pay Registration Fee
4. Keep receipt and bring it on the event

Online Registration

1. Deposit payment to Union Bank

2. Fill out Registration Form

3. Send us a copy of the deposite slip through either of the following:

  • Fax deposit slip to 02-722-3032. Request for fax tone.
  • Email a scanned copy of the deposit slip to info@musaicphil.org

4. Call Windsong office and confirm registration. You may also receive an email confirmation for email submissions.
5. Request to fax the receipt, or get it during the event
